If there is stress within a muscle Kinesiology creates the harmonious balance necessary thus freeing you to make the changes you are looking for in your health and wellbeing. This is what Kinesiology addresses and what we would be working on during a session. At its core, Kinesiology aims to encourage self-responsibility for your own health and well-being by accessing your own wisdom and listening to your own inner voice to facilitate the change you are looking for.

Three weeks until UneARTH starts with my tweens.

Tomorrow I have a meet and greet with a mum and daughter so they can check out the space, my vibe and chat about what they are looking for in this experience.

It so important to me to provide autonomy for the person committing to UneARTh…. they have to feel into it all and for it to resonate so they can jump in with both feet and know they will be held.

The energy is building for the first UneARThed on Larrakiah Country!!

I am super energised and excited to welcome five tweens into the Soulfusion Therapies space in three weeks time.

Yes! This means there is one spot left for a tween that would learn about themselves through somatic tools and art processes.

Spread the word so this last tween finds their space and place to deepen their inner knowing.

Alongside small group workshops I offer 1:1 sessions where a young person receives specifically tailored support based on where they are and what they feel they need.

I always feel very honoured in these spaces. Firstly because their parents have checked me out and know that we are a good fit, secondly because I always offer a free short drop by so everyone can see if we vibe and everyone feels comfortable and finally that the young person feels connection and trust to explore their feelings with me.
So the journey begins before we have even picked up a paintbrush, twisted some wire or pummpled some playdough.

So this is what I am grateful for, to hold the creative space of exploration and be trusted within that.
