Working Saturdays is always good when you get to do what you love and today was crystal healing and god do i love working with crystals (as many of you know 🤪) check out this stunning layout from today.

Each session begins with tuning into my client… feeling into their energy, listening beyond words, and intuitively choosing the crystals that feel right to support their healing. And somehow, they are always exactly what’s needed.

Today’s session felt like a deep unfolding. Being my client’s second visit, we moved beyond the simplicity of the first and into something more layered, more intricate. I started with a few key crystals, working alongside Reiki energy, and slowly… piece by piece… the layout revealed itself. Adding, adjusting, being guided every step of the way.

I never fully plan these layouts — I trust what comes through. Where each crystal wants to be placed, how long we stay, what needs to shift… it’s all felt in the moment. This is the part of crystal healing that still amazes me you just never know what to fully expect but in the moment everything is as it should be ✨️

The sensations, the visions, the energy moving through both of us… truly profound. Big releases, deep shifts, moments that are hard to put into words.

Every session is so different, and that’s what I love most. I’m constantly learning alongside my client, growing, witnessing, supporting and trusting.

Healing isn’t always easy — it can be raw, it can be uncomfortable… but it is also incredibly beautiful and im always honoured to be part of the journey 🤍

There’s something so special about a long weekend…
A little slower, a little softer, a little more space to just be.

This one has been filled with simple joys — baking in the kitchen (I made a raw vegan cheesecake and omg… they are to die for, I think I’ll have to share these with you all soon), picnic moments with my favs, some gentle work Saturday and today, and time to truly unwind.

But today’s yoga class… that really filled my heart and will lead me into the week feeling truly grateful 🤍

There is something so powerful about holding space and guiding students into deeper layers of themselves.

Offering assisted stretches and watching bodies soften, surrender, and move into places they often can’t reach on their own… it’s such a beautiful reminder of how much we hold, and how deeply we can release when we feel safe and supported.

And to share that space with one of my yogis from Kununurra joining the class made it even more special for me ❤️

A weekend of rest, connection, and doing what I truly love ✨

A few weekends ago, I had the absolute honour of holding a Mother’s Blessing in the beautiful space that is the yoga room.. and my heart is still so full from it 🤍

There is something incredibly special about bringing a group of women together — a support circle, a village — to surround a mother as she prepares to step into this next chapter. To witness her being held, supported, seen, heard, and so deeply loved… it’s powerful beyond words.

We shared in beautiful, open conversations that wove us all together, creating connection and softness in the space. There were homemade cakes lovingly brought and shared, and nourishing teas to support both body and mind as we settled into presence.

During our tea ceremony, each woman took time to write a personal blessing card for the mother-to-be — words she can return to when she is preparing to birth her baby. A reminder of this moment, of the women around her, and of the strength and wisdom she carries within.

We then came together in a red thread ceremony, gently weaving the thread between us all — a symbol of connection, of lineage, of women across time. Each of us now wears this thread until baby arrives, carrying that shared intention forward.

We closed with sound, allowing all of the love, blessings, and support to land deeply into the body and nervous system… a moment of true integration.

This afternoon filled my heart in ways I can’t fully explain — there were tears, there was gratitude, and there was so much love.

And I know… this is something I’m meant to share more of 🤍

These past couple of months have been beautifully full… and that’s why I’ve been a little quiet on here 🤍

Life has shifted in such a big way since moving to Darwin after 8 years in Kununurra, and it’s been so special settling into this new rhythm. Weekdays are filled with the most beautiful work moments — sharing spa and body treatments, Reiki, crystals, yoga and so much more that continues to unfold.

Saturdays have taken on a life of their own too… with wellness mornings, Mother’s Blessings, and special little gatherings that fill my cup in the best way.

And in between it all, my “free time” seems to melt into the magic of Darwin life — endless events, plus my usual rituals of baking, walking and cycling with my favs ✨

I’d love to say things might slow down soon… but I have a feeling they won’t just yet. So if you’ve been waiting to book in for a treatment, please reach out — my availability is quite limited at the moment and I’m not always finding the time to post upcoming spots.

Why Women Need Dedicated Time to Reset

In the pace of everyday life, it’s so easy for women to become everything for everyone else…
holding space, carrying emotional load, nurturing, giving, doing.

And over time, that begins to take a toll—
not always loudly, but quietly…
through tension in the body, emotional overwhelm, feeling disconnected, or simply not like yourself.

This is why dedicated time to reset is so important.
It’s in these moments of pause that the nervous system softens, the mind quiets, and the body finally feels safe enough to let go.
It’s not just about relaxation—
it’s about allowing your body and energy to come back into balance.

When you intentionally slow down and receive, even small moments of reset can be powerful…

You don’t need to wait until you’re exhausted to reset.

Because when a woman is supported, rested, and connected she moves through life with more ease, clarity, and strength 💖

I feel so grateful to support my clients over time and to create sessions that meet them exactly where they’re at. Every visit can look a little different — depending on what’s needed in that moment — and that’s something I truly value in this work. We just open up that tool box and see what is needed.

And there’s nothing better than seeing someone leave feeling at ease and supported. Thank you for the trust ✨

Today I had the absolute honour of being part of an International Wellness Day event, and my heart is so full reflecting on the experience.

Sitting with so many incredible women this morning, sharing moments of connection through tarot, was something really special. Each of you brought your own energy, your own story, and together it created such a beautiful, supportive vibe. There was this undeniable magic, pure, genuine connection and I feel so deeply grateful to have been part of it.

And to experience all of this in such a stunning space… the lagoon day spa. The energy, the beauty, the calm—it all came together to create a morning of wellness, connection, gratitude, and heart. ✨

I also just want to take a moment to share how thankful i am to Kat (my boss at lagoon) who truly sees the potential in everyone, nurtures our gifts, and encourages us to shine in our own unique way. That kind of support doesn’t go unnoticed, and it makes all the difference.
And shout out to Pilates by Sienna for welcoming me into this wellness space, i look forward to future events with you. Just too much love and gratitude for all these amazing women ♥️

Wednesday mini wisdom series- working with crystals

Crystals are one of my favourite add-ins when working energetically, they have been a passion of mine since I was a kid, and it feels so special to weave that connection into the work I share with others.

Crystals are not just pretty to look at, they carry a natural vibration, each one holding its own unique energetic frequency formed within the Earth over time. When used with intention, they can gently interact with our energy field—supporting balance, clarity, and alignment within the body. In my sessions, I intuitively incorporate crystals to enhance the energy work, adding a deeply nurturing and supportive energy—whether that’s grounding, opening, or allowing for a deeper release, always guided by what your energy needs in the moment.
