"thank you, I love you, thank you , i love you "as you breathe in and out.

Today is a new day

Move forward with fresh thoughts to stay in the present.

Practice being present in life, rather than floating off into a daydream fantasy world.

To access your intuition you need to be alert, present and grounded in reality.
