MEG RAGAUSKAS

Meg is an experienced Physiotherapist and Exercise & Sport Scientist with over nine years of experience in the rehab field. She began her career working in athletic development and sports performance, where she focused on programming and rehabbing team sport athletes (predominantly basketball, football, and soccer).

She went on to complete a Doctorate of Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne before moving to rural victoria and working in all aspects of physiotherapy.

Meg has a particular interest in blending manual therapy with strength training to develop long term physical resilience and preventing injuries from recurring.

Outside of the clinic you’ll find Meg in the wild either hiking, snowboarding, water skiing, rock climbing, or trail running.
