Community Feature | Areyonga

Nestled in a valley at the western end of the MacDonnell Ranges, Areyonga is around 240km west of Alice Springs.

Surrounded by the striking landscapes of Central Australia, the community has a local store, swimming pool, football oval, basketball court and community hall.

Community Feature | Amoonguna

Just outside Alice Springs, meet Amoonguna.

Located around 21km southeast of Alice Springs near the Todd River, Amoonguna is one of the Central Australian communities supported by NTRLP. The community is accessible by road and has a local store, women’s centre and community hall.

For health professionals, placements across the Territory are an opportunity to experience different communities, environments and ways of delivering healthcare.
