Happiness often comes from the little things, the simple moments, the people around us who make life feel good, and the inner peace we create within ourselves. 💛

This Saturday, slow down enough to notice the things that bring you comfort, joy and a sense of calm.

Sometimes we don’t need to look too far for happiness. It can be found in the little moments we choose to savour and the kindness and comfort we give ourselves.

Let gratitude be your compass.💛✨

Farewell Derby….✨🧡

Who would have thought that starting here in January 2024 would turn into nearly three years?

What an amazing journey it has been.
I’ve loved the adventures, the connections, the friendships and the many special memories made along the way.

Always by my side has been my one trusty singing bowl, sharing beautiful sounds and vibrations. ✨🎵

I feel truly blessed to have been able to hold sound meditation sessions during my time here, sharing the experience of sound, stillness and connection with others.

I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who welcomed me, joined me for sound meditation sessions and became part of my Derby journey.

As I step into a new chapter, I’ll take many beautiful memories with me.

Thank you for having us, Derby. 🙏🧡

A beautiful weekend spent in Broome recently, and how could I not make my way to Cable Beach? 🌅

Barefoot in the sand, watching the sunset, seeing the camels along the beach and of course, my amazing singing bowl came along too. 🎵🙏

Some moments are simply magical, and this was one of them. I couldn’t resist bringing a little sound and vibration into the moment and letting my singing bowl sing alongside the ocean.

There’s something about being barefoot in the sand, watching the sunset and simply being present that feels so good for the soul. ✨

Can you spot my singing bowl sitting quietly in the sand? 🥰🎶🐫

Happy Monday.✨

This Monday, make yourself a priority. Take a moment to slow down, breathe, and check in with yourself before the week gets busy. 💖🌷

You don’t have to do everything at once. Give yourself permission to move through the week with a little more calm, intention and kindness towards yourself.

Start the week by choosing what feels good for you. ✨

The answers you have been searching for are already within you. 🕉️

Stillness is where they live, that quiet space beneath the noise and the busyness of everyday life. This Saturday give yourself the gift of meditation and let your inner universe speak. Trust what you find there. ✨🧘

Happy Monday!

Stay open, stay hopeful, and keep the faith even when you can't see the full picture yet. A quiet moment of meditation each morning keeps you grounded in possibility. The best might be just around the corner. 🌈🧘‍♀️
