Just squeeze lemon and enjoy!

1/2 avocado
1 handful spinach
1 breast panko crumbed chicken
1 handful vine-ripened cherry tomatoes
1/2 lemon
Coriander to garnish (optional)

Layer all on your plate and squeeze the lemon across the lot. Done! 😋
