Learning the fundamentals of Healing Touch is a beautiful way to support yourself and your family and friends.

Unit 1 is full of amazing, powerful techniques! We learn the theory then do the practice.

This introductory course, explores the concepts and core values that underpin Healing Touch therapy and practice, and techniques for assessing the energy field and energy centres. The workshop is also a time of healing and nurturing for all who attend.

We are a not for profit foundation, so course fees are kept extremely affordable for a 2 day course. There is a pricing structure for new and repeating participants, as well as concession card holders.

🌿❄️ Winter Solstice Circle – You Are Warmly Invited ❄️🌿

As the wheel of the year turns and we arrive at the Winter Solstice, we are called inward… into stillness, restoration, and quiet renewal.

Join us for a nourishing Winter Solstice Circle on Sunday 21 June, from 11.00am – 2.30pm ✨

Together we will soften into a beautiful morning of connection and care, beginning with gentle Vinyasa yoga to awaken and open the body. From there, we will sink into a deeply restful shavasana, held in healing sound, allowing space for deep rest, release, and integration.

We will then gather for special Winter Solstice practices and reflective activities, honouring this sacred turning point of the year.

This is a space to pause, to restore your nervous system, to reconnect with yourself, and to be held in community during this quiet seasonal shift.

When I saw this image and the words, 'Leave a little room each day for a miracle to show up', gosh it resonated with me, I just luuve how it makes me feel!! Total warm fuzzies!! 🥰🤗

I am so drawn in by the colours, imagery and message, it felt like it was inviting me to pause and breathe, and reflect on this current season of my life. ✨️🩷🌼🌿☀️🌷🌿🙌

Then from there, I had a queue of questions and ponderings swirling around! 🤣

✨ What miracle am I making room for right now?
✨ Where could I create a little more space in my days?
✨ What unexpected blessings have already been quietly showing up?

I read that sometimes miracles arrive as extraordinary moments. Other times they arrive disguised as a sense of peace, a meaningful connection, a gifted chai latte (you know who you are 🧘‍♀️😘), a timely opportunity, or simply the feeling that you are exactly where you need to be.

And perhaps that is the invitation this image inspires for all of us? We need not wait for miracles, but remain open enough to notice them when they arrive. 🌸🦋💫

You are warmly invited to gather beneath the magic of the Blue Moon for a beautiful evening of connection, nourishment and gentle restoration.

Saturday, 30 May at 4 pm till 7.30 pm.

Together, we will slow down and tend to our nervous systems through soothing Vinyasa yoga, healing sounds to calm and soften, and special Blue Moon intention setting as we reflect, release and welcome in what is calling us forward.

As the moon rises overhead, we will share a nourishing meal and heartfelt conversation in the company of like minded women within the beauty of the Secret Garden.

This is an evening to exhale, reconnect and be held in community. 💙

Dearest sisters, with love and gratitude, we wish to let you know that this Saturday’s Secret Garden Circle has been postponed for family reasons. 💛

Our gorgeous Jess has been spending precious, loving time with her grandmother—someone many of you have met through our circle and who holds a very special place in her heart.

It has been a big week for Jess and her family, and she is stepping in to support them as they navigate an important and tender shift.

Jess’s Grandma is deeply dear to her, so she is taking this time to be by her side. Refunds will be processed for all bookings.
