What a beautiful weekend of learning, connection, healing and heart 🎉🥰🩵🤗

It has been both an honour and a personal goal to coordinate a Healing Touch Unit 1 class here in Townsville, and thanks to the incredible support of so many, that dream has come to fruition 🙏✨️🎉

My deepest gratitude to every attendee who brought their openness, enthusiasm and beautiful energy to the weekend. What a magical group of talented students you are 🌟 I look forward to introducing you to our Townsville HT community to support you with our practice group, so please utilise us 🤩

To our wonderful Unit 1 instructor Kay Michaels, thank you for coming from Cairns, and for sharing your knowledge, wisdom and passion so generously - I simply adore you! 🤗 To the ever dependable Michele Russo - observer, driver, helper and so much more - how wonderful it has been to have you here and to share this weekend with you 🙏🙌🌷🌿

We will be exploring the balance of the Spring Equinox, and complimentary to this, we'll explore the characteristics of colour from the incredible Drop Into Life Colour Therapy system 🥰🙌
This is such a beautiful and supportive system, when utilised to expand our awareness and our understanding of how colour influences us all 🙌

It is a GORGEOUS modality, and for those interested is learning more, we are extremely fortunate to have one of the clever creators and founders here in Townsville - the equally GORGEOUS Colour Lady, Tricia Sharkey, who skilfully and passionately takes you on a journey through the Drop Into Life colour training 🌈🙌✨️

This empowering session combines the flowing energy of Vinyasa Yoga with the wisdom and self-love teachings of Louise Hay, leaving you feeling uplifted, empowered and ready to embrace the second half of 2026 with intention. ✨

This is such a beautiful course to begin exploring the foundations of energy therapy. There's so many wonderful techniques covered during these 2 days.
The foundation is not for profit so course fees are kept affordable.

Also, if you've completed the Unit 1 course in previous years, you are welcome to attend at a discounted fee, as do concession card holders.

The icing on the cake is we hold regular practice sessions for support to chat with experienced practitioners, so you keep practising and connecting 🙌✨️

What a vibe the 2026 Mind, Body & Soul Festival was! ✨🩵🙌

The gorgeous Lynn and I had the privilege of representing the Australian Foundation for Healing Touch Inc., lovingly sharing 17 Healing Touch sessions throughout Saturday. What an absolute joy it was to nurture our community in this way.

One of the best parts of the weekend was being surrounded by so many beautiful, talented practitioner friends. The hugs, the laughter, the connection... our hearts are so full! 🤗💛

We were also excited to share information about our upcoming Healing Touch Unit 1 course in Townsville on 29–30 August. If you've ever felt called to learn the foundations of energy therapy to support yourself, your family, and your friends, we'd love to welcome you. 🧡✨

A heartfelt thank you to Erica Smith for all of the incredible work behind the scenes to bring this beautiful event to life. And thank you to everyone who attended, along with the wonderful stallholders and practitioners who generously shared their gifts, products, and healing with the community. Together, we created something truly special. 🙏🌿✨

Hot off the press!!

Unit 1 training is coming back to Townsville!!!

SAVE THE DATE!!! SAT 29TH AND SUN 30TH OF AUGUST!!!

Learning the fundamentals of Healing Touch is a beautiful way to support yourself and your family and friends.

Unit 1 is full of amazing, powerful techniques! We learn the theory then do the practice.

This introductory course, explores the concepts and core values that underpin Healing Touch therapy and practice, and techniques for assessing the energy field and energy centres. The workshop is also a time of healing and nurturing for all who attend.
