On at The Den tomorrow hope to see you there all welcome !

Come on down to The Den, 8 West Barrack Street Deloraine tomorrow at 12.45 pm for a special guest Buddhist Nun Ayye Keshi from Bodhicitta Dakini Monestry Meander. She is providing us with an opportunity to enjoy an adapted Yoga / meditation session. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat if you have one.
Movements can be adapted if unable to sit on the floor.

We are very excited to be hosting this on Wednesday @ The Den !

We are excited to be visiting The Den Deloraine THIS WEDNESDAY!!

The Den is an excellent space located in Deloraine Tasmania and they have been kind enough to invite us for a day!

We plan to have race go karts, motorbikes and maybe a race car there! As well as our “Pit Stop” and many other activities.
