Over the past 6 months, I’ve worked with Sarah to build her healthiest & leanest physique since she first started training over a decade ago.
She’s now sitting comfortably at 53kg, maintaining condition while cruising on:
• 2100 calories
• 140g protein
• 250g carbs
• 58g fat
• 1–2 flexible meals per week
The focus now is gradual improvements in gym performance, managing both training and lifestyle stress, and maintaining flexibility around social events and life outside of fitness.
