Important Update for Support at Home Participants

From 16 February 2026, the new Support at Home program has changed what some aged care funding can be used for.

Items no longer funded include:
• Webster Packs (chemist-filled medications)
• CPAP machines & consumables
• Personal care items (e.g. shampoo, toothpaste, toilet paper)
• Cleaning products
• General bedding (unless clinically needed)
• Libre 2 glucose sensors & similar monitoring devices

Most of your usual services and supports remain unchanged.

If you’ve already purchased any of these items before 16 Feb 2026, please send your receipt to our team so we can assist you.
