My husband has an old disc injury and if we don’t maintain it then he gets flare ups. He got too excited with the winter sun out on the property so here we are..

Lucky my job is pretty flexible and little people are fine to take along for the ride 😋😋

Hear me out…

You get one spine - we can’t replace it, so why do so many choose to not look after it?!?

Many people look after their car better..? Like that’s booked in advance for its services etc - but you don’t invest in your body..? 🤔🤔
