A wonderful soothing Sunday offering coming up on April 19th:
Dive gently into yourself with a guided meditation called "The 4 levels of Relaxation" while being held at the same time by the healing sounds of the crystal bowls, chimes, gong, wave drum and more.
A time for you to just be, relax and receive. For integration and grounding before stepping back out into the "real world" there will be delicious chai and homemade cake shared.

We are excited to be hosting yoga day on February 21st at the Beaconsfield yoga center. It is special as it is the first time we will be facilitating at the ashram together.
Graeme will share some of his very creative ways of using props to increase the efficiency of your or your students yoga practice and Deniz will be holding the afternoon session as a space of self healing, practicing a simple yet deeply transformative meditation as shared by Taosist master Mantak Chia.
We will be delighted to see you there!
