We are celebrating another very rewarding and successful community clinic at Element Health- Denmark on Saturday!
With over 100 people accessing our services, we are in need of a top up of supplies to share with our community!
If you have benefited from our services at community clinic, it would be very helpful if you could take the time to fill out our little jot form, so that we may have some feedback to support more donations from generous suppliers or hopefully a grant application! (if anyone has skills in this area, please feel free to reach out!)
