In a world of polished Insta highlights sometimes it’s more refreshing to realise there our others moving through the paces in a messy but good way too

I have so many of my clients, friends, and women in my world moving through big seasons too, it’s a collective energy uplevel ❤️‍🔥

The thing I’ve learned lately is that when you ask for more, everything that can’t come with you starts rising to the surface to be looked at

The fears
The old stories
The patterns
The parts of you that no longer fit where you’re going
Old keys won’t open new doors 🗝️

It can feel uncomfortable while you’re in it, but maybe that’s the whole point

The next level isn’t asking, “Do you want it?”

It’s asking, “Can you hold it?”

Today my 10-year-old sat in on a 2-hour mastermind with over 550 people on live… and I was honestly blown away by him 🫶🏻

Because he showed up like a leader, without thinking twice
Asked if he could turn his camera on
Was interactive in the chat and was typing
“YES!”
“Definitely!”
“I’m here for this!”

He was engaged, fully present, listening & making sure I took notes he suggested 📝

And it hit me so deeply…
Children don’t just hear us.
They become what they witness
Monkey see monkey do, they embody what they are taught but us as parents

But it was of his takeaways that absolutely stopped me in my tracks!

Part way through he looked at me and said:

“Mum… you love healthy things, going to the gym, we love our water machine, travelling, and reading books, you should talk about that to your people 🥰

Honestly… he summed up my whole brand in one sentence 😂🤍

His biggest takeaway👇🏻

You have to work on your mind and your body will listen

At 10 years old, this has made me so proud 🫶🏻

And my favourite moment once we finished the call

Mum, she’s just like you. You should message her and be friends with her…….
Like that’s the next move to do when your a child right… it made me think when did adults loose that skill!

But what struck me most…
was that our children often see our magic long before we fully own it ourselves. We are so quick to create a story for ourselves but children can just cut through the muck and call it for what it is.

The biggest lesson from today 👇🏻

Kids mirror what we embody
The energy we hold & speak into
The risks we take & show them the wins and fails
The people we surround ourselves with.
The conversations we normalise around the dinner table

They watch us become who we are, then they decide what’s possible for them too.

And my favourite part of all…
After hearing I met her in Bali last week, he said:

We should go back and visit her… and learn more from her she was really good 🥰🤍

I truly believe we’re meant to cross paths with certain people in this life 👯‍♀️

I’m an ‘87 millennial mum, wife, and multiple business owner…a recovering type A hustler/ overachiever who’s learnt there’s another way to live, work, and feel.

I do love a smutty book, a cocktail on a girls night & hitting the dance floor. But also need to be in bed at 9pm with my wellness routine complete 🧘🏼‍♀️

I also hold some of the deepest transformation spaces for women to be seen, to feel safe in, to soften and to expand into their lives, helping them unlock their own potential ❤️‍🔥

I’m big on travelling for your soul, freedom, and creating life on your terms outside of the matrix, which is why I’ve built a parallel wellness income stream that supports both impact and abundance for other women and their families

For me, this means, no burnout, no constant trading time for money, but being present with my clients, with a full energy cup.

The truth about receiving energy work with me…

It’s not a one-time fix ✨

Your nervous system has often been living in survival mode for years.
Sometimes since childhood.

The work I do isn’t light and fluffy.
It’s deep, Somatic, Regulating & Releasing

We’re working with your body… not bypassing it.
Unwinding tension. Softening what’s been held tight.
Letting your system feel safe enough to let go.

I move through layers of the body, I work heavily in organs, endocrine, cells, bones, meridians, chakras & each layer of the body metaphysically & emotionally.

I’m asking your body questions, I muscle test, I can feel patterns in your system, your sleep, your depth, where you hold emotion…
because your body always tells the truth 🤍

This isn’t magic.

It’s years of studying the body, Years of listening.
Blending the physical and the energetic together

And here’s the part people need to hear 👇🏼

One session won’t undo years of holding it all in

Just like one gym session doesn’t build muscles in a day, one session doesn’t create lasting safety in the body.

One session will be transformation… YES! But to really peel back those layers, the body needs time 🦋

Your system will only release what it feels safe to.
Anything forced… pushes you back into protection.

When you’re moving through something deep, I suggest support every 2–4 weeks.

When things begin to soften, monthly becomes your anchor & grounding space

For some women, it becomes a ritual and a non negotiable they do for themselves to regulate, realign, and rise as there best version 🫶🏻
