Medical Receptionist – My Clinic Plus & Urgent Care Clinic Devonport
My Clinic Plus and the Urgent Care Clinic Devonport are seeking a friendly, organised, and reliable Medical Receptionist to join our busy team.
This role will involve working across a 7-day roster in a fast-paced medical environment. You will be the first point of contact for patients and play an important role in supporting our doctors and clinical staff.
About the Role:
Greeting patients and managing appointments
Answering phones and handling enquiries
General administrative and reception duties
Working collaboratively within a busy medical practice
Maintaining accurate patient records and data entry
What We Are Looking For:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Good computer skills and ability to learn medical software
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Professional presentation and positive attitude
Medical reception experience preferred, but not essential
