Busy cooking for a local soccer club function. On the menu was ▪pumpkin soup ▪roast chook & beef with roast veg & veg medley ▪topped off with a delicious sticky date pudding smothered in home made caramel sauce. Yum Yum Yum

Summer is on its way. Time to sit back with a nice cold drink of an afternoon and why not order a platter to go along with it. These can be ordered via the facebook site. They can be a mix of gluten free and wheat or gluten free only or all wheat. As I have 2 kitchens that I work from I am now able to prepare wheat products without contaminating my g.f. kitchen.
