Winning Wednesday.....food made easy, which also helps me to eat in line with my goals. Preparation for the week takes the guesswork out and removes the option to grab something unhealthy.

Add a side salad, rice, or extra veg, and meals are done. I even have a cheeky little dessert of homemade protein bounty bites coupled with a protein hot chocolate.

Nothing feels better when you achieve something - after practising my choreography many times, I was able to do a mermaid pose for the first time in my class.

Post workout F U E L - 2 of my morning favs, high protein hot chocolate, and whole foods. No diet, no calorie counting.

Regardless if I am doing high intensity cardio, a boxing class, or instructing a soul nourishing Bodybalance session, I ensure that I consume beneficial fuel after my exercise. This helps to rebuild muscle and replenish my body with essential nutrients.

After making changes to how I approach my daily routine, these small changes have made such a big difference to my health, wellness and fitness.

I am stepping outside my comfort zone to share my results over the past few months. Something I heard this weekend which resonated within me.... "You don't know how bad you feel, until you feel good"

Before I discovered my nutrition program, I felt heavy, sluggish, mentally tired at times, bloated and felt like I wasn't getting the results I was looking for by working out - muscle tone and to reduce the thickness around my tummy (for some of the 'older' ladies reading this, you can probably relate due to body changes 😅). The energy shift in my workouts and life is next level. Mental fogginess, feeling heavy and bloated has gone. I am starting to see muscle tone.

Results since I started my program:
- 6kgs down
- Skeletal muscle increased
- Fat mass dropped
- BMI is now in an acceptable range (for someone my age and height)
- Body is changing shape.

I continue to get comments about how strong and fit I am looking!

I have used protein products off the shelf in the past with minimal results. My exercise routine has not changed but the difference is, I have learnt how to fuel my body correctly using Herbalife Nutrition and the assistance of my coach and an amazing supportive community 🙌. I dont count calories, which is good because I love food 😄.

The coaching and community support is amazing. For me personally it has opened up new friendships, new experiences, socialisation and business opportunities. I felt like I needed something more in so many different ways. I now feel like I have an extended family.

I love how I feel and would love people to have the opportunity to feel how I feel.

I am starting to embrace that feeling of being uncomfortable as it creating new and exciting experiences.

When I decided I was going to change the way I feel about myself, my journey started off with being focused on loosing some weight. It has turned into a whole lot more than that.

I feel better today than what I did 10 years ago. I feel younger. I have increased energy. I feel fitter and stronger. My mental outlook is different and I don't feel drained and sluggish like I used to. I dont exercise anymore than what I normally do but have lost weight in areas where I have always struggled to lose.

I started the 3 Day Kickstart and lost 1.5 kilos. I went onto a 28 Elevate Challenge and lost approx another 3 kilos. I am ready to go with the next 28 Elevate Challenge starting on 14th August and am hoping to get back to what I weighed just post Heart Surgery, if not better. Wish me luck 🙏.
