Hi lovely people 👋 Thought I’d introduce myself to all the new faces here!

I’ve been a Naturopath for 26 years now 😊 I was lucky enough to find my calling straight out of high school, at a time when most students in this field were mature aged. I’ve always had a passion for herbal medicine and helping people. I was originally accepted into Psychology at uni, but my love for plant medicine pulled me in a different direction—and I’ve never looked back.

Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to work in a variety of roles alongside my clinic. I’ve supervised final year Naturopathy students, worked as a practitioner trainer educating Naturopaths, Doctors, Chiropractors and Pharmacists, and spent time in Thailand working at a health retreat running detox and weight loss programs, alongside naturopathic consults.

These days, I have a special interest in gut health, women’s hormonal health (especially perimenopause), and kids’ health. I’m passionate about helping my clients restore balance with realistic, achievable herbal and nutritional support, along with simple diet and lifestyle changes.

At my Diamond Creek clinic, I have a fully stocked herbal and nutritional dispensary, so I can create your personalised formulas right here during your appointment. I also have a herbal tea company and create all of my teas onsite so you’ll always have a cup of during your consult 🫖🌿

Bodhi (aka Viceroy) my new foster baby ❤️ After the heartbreaking loss of my soul dog Gemma last year it’s taken nearly a year but I decided I was ready to start fostering. This beautiful pup was dumped in rural NSW and landed in a country pound. The amazing Mornington Peninsula Dog Rescue Incorporated put a call out for an urgent foster carer and he arrived from NSW on Friday. I’ve been giving him Australian Bush Flower Essences and Blackmores Paw Complete Calm dog chews to help with the transition but really he’s just fine, settled in like he’s always been here🐾❤️

Flower essences are a gentle yet powerful way to support anxious pets. Animals are naturally sensitive and often attune to their human’s emotions, as well as the subtle energies in their environment. I regularly create custom blends for anxious dogs and cats, and they’re so easy to use—whether given orally, applied to the paws, or added to a mist.
