🧡 Caring for those who care for others

We loved being part of Aeralife’s Care for Carers event, recognising the incredible people who give so much of themselves to support others every day.

Matt was there offering complimentary 10-minute massages to carers and their loved ones, providing a small opportunity to pause, relax and enjoy a little care themselves. Followed by an afternoon tea, this shaped up to be a rewarding afternoon celebrating and giving back to those who dedicate so much to caring for others.

Food and nutrition now has its own dedicated standard under the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards. For many teams, the challenge is turning Standard 6 into everyday practice.

This October, Precise Health is partnering with Vivir Healthcare to deliver a practical 60-minute education session to help aged care teams understand Standard 6 and recognise, prevent and manage malnutrition in everyday practice.
