rough our life stages, & knowing how to adapt to these is important if we want to maintain a high level of health & fitness. We all know the benefits of exercise for physical health, but adding exercise & good food into the equation, we also gain the benefits of good mental & emotional health. I offer Personal Training, individually, with a friend, or in a small group. I try to make my sessions affordable, there are no gym fees, you only pay for training. My gym is well equipped to offer variety & challenges. I have a long history of fitness, I have run marathons, rowed in surf clubs, swam in ocean swims, rode mountain bikes, & always maintained my fitness through three pregnancies & now through menopause. I became serious about strength training in my 40s when working in a gym, that is now the backbone of my fitness. The benefits of strength training for women is now being proven. I also offer sensible nutritional guidance to improve your wellbeing. I have Certificate 3 & 4 in Personal Training & Gym Instruction, I have run bootcamps, boxing classes, yoga, group power & created my own running group. I offer safe, effective & time efficient exercise.
