The hardest part of healing
is realising how often you ignored your own feelings just to avoid losing people.

Read that again.

Some people donโ€™t struggle with loving others.

They struggle with leaving situations that hurt them.

Thatโ€™s the difference.

A good heart without boundaries becomes self-destruction very quickly.

At some point, you have to stop proving your worth through sacrifice.
