Amala was the very first Lakshmi Healing mist I ever created.

Long before there was a range of mists, skincare or dosage essences, there was simply Amala.

Created for those moments when life feels heavy, Amala was designed to gently clear away what no longer belongs to you, creating space to return to yourself.

Over the years, it has become one of the most loved mists among empaths, carers, counsellors, healers, practitioners & anyone who spends their days supporting others. Many tell me it has become a simple ritual between clients, appointments or before arriving home, a gentle way of letting go of what they’ve carried throughout the day before stepping into the next moment.

Its name, Amala, comes from the Sanskrit word meaning pure or free from impurity, reflecting its intention to gently cleanse, restore & create energetic boundaries when they’re needed most.

Lakshmi Healing was created to gently support people through life’s many seasons while always encouraging them to trust themselves, honour their own experiences & seek the support that feels right for them.

Behind every Lakshmi Healing product are years of learning, research & experience. Nothing is added by chance. Every ingredient is chosen with intention, every blend created with purpose & every product made with love. I believe intention matters, which is why I only create when I can be fully present.

Every Lakshmi Healing product is created with the hope that, in its own small way, it brings a little more comfort, hope or peace into someone’s day. While my products are designed to complement, never replace, appropriate medical & professional care, my greatest wish is that the people who use them feel seen, supported & genuinely cared for.

From the hope of conception to the reality of parenthood… every journey deserves to be held with compassion.

When I created the Lakshmi Conception, Pregnancy, Birth & Postnatal Essence Collection, my hope was to gently support every stage of becoming a parent.

From Conscious Conception, Pregnancy, Overdue Pregnancy & Birth, to welcoming a Newborn, supporting New Mums, New Dads & beyond.

As the collection grew, so did life.

I lost a baby, one of the hardest & loneliest experiences I’ve ever faced. Years later, after welcoming another deeply loved baby, I found myself holding both gratitude & grief. I also experienced postnatal depression. Those chapters shaped this collection in ways I never expected.

I wish every family’s journey ended with the joyful essences in this collection. Sadly, life isn’t always that simple. The Pregnancy Loss & Postnatal Depression essences were created with love for the families walking paths they never imagined, because they deserve compassion, support & the reminder that they are never alone.

Each essence is handcrafted with flower essences, crystal & gem essences & Reiki energy to gently complement the emotional journey into parenthood alongside appropriate medical & professional care.

There are times when the weight of the world can feel especially heavy.

We see suffering, uncertainty, injustice & changes within the natural world unfolding before us, often in real time. When we care deeply but cannot see how one person could possibly make a difference, fear and helplessness can begin to take hold.

Sundari was crafted with the intention of inviting us to look within, reconnect with universal consciousness & remember the light that already lives inside us.

Not as a way of ignoring what is happening around us, or pretending fear is not present, but as an invitation to notice when fear has become so consuming that it leaves us feeling powerless, disconnected or unable to move forward.

Not because nobody loves us, but because the path we’re walking is one only we can take.

That is why I created Lakshmi Asha.

Asha is the Sanskrit word for hope, and this creation was made with the intention of gently reminding us that even in uncertain moments, hope, courage and support are never truly beyond our reach.

Each Lakshmi creation is crafted with intention, but no two people experience them in exactly the same way.

Some people notice a greater sense of calm. Others describe feeling more grounded, more hopeful or seeing situations from a fresh perspective. There is no right or wrong experience. I simply invite you to approach each creation with curiosity, openness & trust in what gently unfolds for you.

Some people leave this world far too soon, yet somehow leave behind enough love to last a lifetime.

Yesterday I learned that one of our beautiful Lakshmi community members, Leanne, had passed away.

Although we never met in person, she was one of the kindest, most generous souls I’ve ever had the privilege of knowing. She had a remarkable way of making people feel seen, loved & deeply cared for.

Last year, when my sister nearly lost her life during childbirth & my niece entered the world fighting for hers, Leanne reached out in the most unexpected way. She & her family sent the most beautiful bouquet of flowers, simply to let me know I wasn’t carrying everything alone.

It wasn’t just the flowers that stayed with me. It was the generosity behind them. The way she always seemed to include the people she loved, making kindness something her whole family shared. That quiet, selfless way of caring for others was simply who she was.

Today my heart is with her husband, her boys, her family & everyone whose life she touched.

Reading her husband’s beautiful words about the life they built together reminded me just how precious genuine love is. Some people are fortunate enough to live a true love story, & while my heart aches for the unimaginable loss he and their boys are now carrying, I also feel grateful that a love like theirs existed at all. I wish everyone had the chance to know that kind of love.

It feels fitting to share Saṃsāra today.

Saṃsāra was created for the seasons of grief, loss & profound transformation. It was never created to take grief away, because love deserves to be grieved, but rather to gently support us as we learn to carry it. To honour our memories, hold space for our hearts & remind us that healing can exist alongside the love we never stop feeling.

Thank you, Leanne. Your kindness reached further than you could ever have known. I will always remember how seen & cared for you made me feel.
