ied by light (or no) touch. It promotes a healthy flow of energy, known as life force energy. Reiki is not a treatment for illness or disease, rather a complimentary therapy to use along side other medical and therapeutic techniques to help your body to be more relaxed and peaceful. Relaxation massage, combined with Reiki, presents an ideal combination of two ancient practices to help relieve stress and tension, calming both the body and the mind.
