🌟 Bruce & Dakota’s Day Out on the Town! 🌟

💚 Wednesdays are our days with Bruce! 💙

Another wonderful Wednesday spent getting out and about in the community, enjoying new experiences, building connections and making memories! 🥰

Today Bruce and Dakota kicked off their day with a lovely morning tea at a local café 🥤before heading off to the library, where Bruce really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and having a look around. 📚

Next stop was the Pastoral Hotel for a delicious lunch, where Bruce enjoyed salmon and veggies! 🐟🥦

Bruce and Dakota were also joined for lunch by Tash from C&C and Bruce’s wonderful Support Coordinator, Elisa from Accessible Pathways -Support Coordination .

It’s days like these that remind us what support is all about — getting out into the community and most importantly, enjoying life! ❤️

🌿☀️ Something a little different for C&C this Saturday! 💚💙

Saturday yard maintenance was on the agenda today! 🌳✂️

As we do at C&C Support Solutions, when we get a call for a helping hand, we jump in and get the job done! 💪

So the boss lady and a couple of trusty helpers rolled up their sleeves and got stuck into transforming an overgrown yard!

A bit of hard work, plenty of trimming, a few bushes getting a much-needed haircut, and what a difference it made! 🌿🏡

We absolutely love the end result! Nothing beats standing back and seeing what a little teamwork and hard work can achieve. 🙌

At C&C, it’s not always about what we have planned for the day, but about lending a helping hand when it’s needed! 💚💙

💜 HAPPY FRIDAY! WHAT AN AMAZING DAY FOR MISS SUSANA! 💜🎉♿

Today has been a long time coming, but the wait is finally over! Susana has received her brand-new powered wheelchair! 🥳💜

So much time, effort, hard work and dedication from so many wonderful people have gone into making this happen. Seeing the smile on Susana’s face today was absolutely priceless and filled our hearts with happiness! ❤️

And of course, here is Susana herself, putting her brand-new wheels to the test! Making sure everything works just the way she wants it, while keeping everyone entertained and laughing along the way! 😂❤️ There’s never a dull moment when Susana is around!

This isn’t just about receiving a new wheelchair. It’s about giving Susana more confidence, independence, freedom and the ability to feel safe when accessing her community. 💜

At C&C Support Solutions, these are the moments that remind us why we do what we do. Supporting our participants to achieve their goals, have their voices heard and live life their way is what it’s all about.

Susana, we are all so incredibly happy for you! We can’t wait to see you out and about, enjoying your newfound confidence and independence, making more memories and achieving even more goals! 🥰

💖What a beautiful afternoon with our C&C family!💖

Today was one of those days that really reminds me why I love what we do.

Our participants and staff all came together at the park for a BBQ lunch, lots of laughs, plenty of chatting and just a really enjoyable afternoon together. We were also lucky enough to have family members of both our participants and staff join us, which made the day even more special. 🥰

I loved standing back and watching everyone mingle and get to know each other. Participants meeting other participants, catching up with different staff and families, sharing stories and simply enjoying each other’s company.

But for me, some of the most special moments were when our participants came up, gave me a hug, asked how I was going and simply said thank you. ❤️ Those little moments mean more to me than they probably realise. Seeing them happy, laughing, included and enjoying themselves is exactly why C&C exists and why we do what we do every day.

And of course, no C&C adventure would be complete without something unexpected! 😂 When Gary ended up with a flat tyre, everyone jumped in, got it sorted and had him back on the road and on his way. 🚗🛞 That’s what it’s all about — looking out for one another.

C&C has always been about more than providing supports. It’s about people, friendships, inclusion, connection and creating memories together.

A massive thank you to everyone who came along and helped make today what it was. Staff, participants and families — you all played a part in making it such a beautiful day. Days like today make me incredibly proud of the C&C family we have created together. 💖

☀️💙 Saturday adventures with the C&C crew! 💙☀️

What a wonderful way to spend a Saturday! It was lovely seeing our staff and participants crossing paths, catching up, sharing a laugh and enjoying each other’s company. 🥰

There was a little bit of everything happening — some shopping 🛍️, lawn mowing 🌱 and plenty of conversations along the way.

It’s these everyday moments — getting things done, getting out and about and enjoying good company — that make for a great Saturday! 💙

Bruce and Sonny were out enjoying the beautiful weather at the Dubbo Regional Botanic Garden. 🌳🌼

They spent their time exploring the different gardens, checking out the plants, flowers and surrounds, wandering along the pathways and taking in everything the gardens have to offer. 🌺🌿

Now that it’s starting to warm up and the weather has been absolutely beautiful, what better way to spend the day than getting outdoors, enjoying the fresh air and soaking up some sunshine! ☀️😊

A couple of weekends ago, Dubbo’s annual MotorFest was on, and look who made their way there — Dylan and Sarah!

They had a great time checking out all the incredible cars, wandering through the displays and exploring everything the day had to offer. There was certainly plenty to see! 👀🚘

💙 AT C&C, SUPPORT IS MORE THAN JUST A SHIFT. 💙

People often hear us say that at C&C Support Solutions, we go above and beyond — but what does that actually mean?

Right now, one of our participants is spending some time in hospital. While their usual routine may have changed, one thing hasn’t — they are still part of our C&C family, and they certainly haven’t been forgotten.

A few members of our team have taken time out of their already busy schedules to pop in, sit down, have a chat, share a coffee and some morning tea, and simply be there. ☕❤️

We’ve also made sure our participant has had the opportunity to get outside, enjoy some beautiful sunshine and fresh air, giving them a little break from being inside the hospital. ☀️🌿

But we wanted to make one visit extra special…

🐱 So we brought Chester in!

There’s something pretty special about seeing someone’s face light up when they get to see their much-loved pet while they’re away from home. Chester got to spend some precious time with his owner, bringing a little piece of home to them while they’re in hospital. 🐾❤️

This is why we do what we do.

Supporting someone isn’t just about completing tasks, watching the clock or finishing a rostered shift.

It’s about human connection, kindness, compassion and showing up when someone needs it most.

Sometimes that means sharing a coffee. ☕
Sometimes it means sitting outside together enjoying the sunshine. ☀️
And sometimes it means finding a way to reunite someone with their beloved cat. 🐱❤️

At C&C, our participants are people first, and we want every person we support to know that they matter and they haven’t been forgotten.
