We’re looking for a female Support Worker to join our Indidg Connect team in Dubbo

⏰ 38hrs/wk Overnights + Weekends

We’re looking for someone who:

🎶 Loves country music
🍛 Can cook a solid curry + make fresh salads
✌🏽 Experienced and confident with personal care + transfers/manual handling
🚎 Has a full driver’s licence + can confidently operate a wheelchair-accessible vehicle
❤️ Is reliable, respectful, fun & genuinely person-centred

would Lisa have EVER thought she would step onto a golf course let alone play a few holes!

✅ Support Coordination WIN

Participant transitioned to Indidg Connect Support Coordination Team in November 2025 with only two supports in place provided by the same provider

• Support Coordination
• 6hrs per weekday Community Supports
no other line items were implemented 😩

this is so common and something that Indidg Connect is focused & dedicated to changing

🟡 Indidg Connect has implemented wonderful providers for participant and lodged the following to the NDIS:

• OT Functional Capacity Assessment
• Speech Communication Assessment
• Psychological Assessment
• a Carers Impact Statement

✅ today we received the fantastic news that an internal review has been successful resulting in a significant increase in funding - participant can now engage more supports to live the life she chooses ✊🏽

at a time when NDIS plans are being cut significantly we are super proud of our team and the effective work we do for NDIS participants

Indidg Connect is opening the doors to our brand-new Supported Living home for two male participants with 1:2 SIL funding
