We’re looking for a skilled, motivated and outcomes-focused Support Coordinator to join our team ✋🏽

❎ This role requires someone who can work independently, think on their feet, navigate complex situations and bring people together to get things done

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR ⬇️

▪️ Strong knowledge of disability supports, or a genuine passion for helping people thrive and achieve their goals
▪️ Relevant qualifications and experience in disability, support coordination or a related field are highly regarded
▪️ High-level organisational, problem-solving and decision-making skills
▪️ Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and deliver meaningful outcomes
▪️ Understanding of NDIS legislation, policies, compliance and confidentiality
▪️ Strong numerical skills, including understanding budgets, funding and plan utilisation
▪️ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
▪️ Ability to collaborate with participants, families, providers and stakeholders to bring people together
▪️ Willingness and ability to travel to support participants and build connections in community

We need someone who takes initiative, follows through, understands accountability and puts people at the centre of every decision

Mandaag Guwu (thank you) to Uncle Robert for showing up each Thursday and sharing his deep Cultural knowledge and connection with us

🟡 it's like a breath of fresh air and light when he walks through our doors

his knowledge and stories create the space we need as First Nations people to reconnect ourselves with our purpose on this journey

🎼 highlight of the night for Nina was Pete Riley granting her a request and dedicating Islands In the Stream to her - biggest smile
