I’m back!!! After 3 beautiful weeks off it’s time to get back to work. Lucky my job doesn’t feel like work 🙌🏼

Breathwork groups will continue to be held Tuesdays 6:30pm & spots have been booking steadily while I was away.. think you guys missed me!! 🥰 Make sure you book at least 12hrs in advance where possible to get a spot & so I can set up for how many are coming.

You asked… & here it is!!! I have had so many requests for information on the DNA/Genomic Wellness tests that I offer clients. This test has been game changing for my own family so I definitely understand the hype.

I like to describe the Genomic Wellness tests as a roadmap for your body. For my family & the clients I have worked with, this test has helped us understand our bodies & what they need to function at their absolute best. It taking a lot of the guess work away in my experience.

What I do is a little hard to describe. At the essence of what I do is the belief that our bodies are always communicating with us, we just need to work out what they are saying.

Symptoms are purely messages to me, when we hear the message & give the body what it needs, we often start to feel a whole lot better.

More often than not the nervous system & emotional elements are at play. As I often say to clients, yes environment, diet, genes & lifestyle are at play, but emotions usually pull the trigger. A very often overlooked element to traditional approaches.

However, there’s often also many realistic small changes we can make to give our bodies what they need to thrive also. It can be as simple as changes to food, lifestyle, natural supports & the incredible Homeobotanical remedies.

I love the Bioresonance scanner as (one of many) tools in the toolkit, but especially for measuring progress which I find in turn helps keep people motivated to keep going on their journey.

My biggest passion is to teach people about their bodies & how we can work with our bodies to feel our best selves. But I’m not about quick fixes, bandaid approaches and believing there’s one person or approach that can fix everything for you. You are that person, it’s all within you, I’m just here as a guide (& sometimes one of many in your journey).

And of course, there are also times when we need to refer on (we need the village) or look at further testing. I’ll post more on the times of testing I can refer for & how they can benefit you.

Not long now until I go away… Which means limited chances to come to breathwork, book a health & wellbeing/Bioresonance scan appointment or get a refill of your homeobotanical drops!!

Schools back, which means I’m back in the office this week, but only for a few weeks & then I have a little holiday planned.

So there are 3 breathwork sessions before I go away, after this there won’t be another session until September. Last week was nearly booked out, so book ahead to ensure you get a spot.

After 3 months the extremely popular combined sound healing & breathwork Full Moon Reset is back, Wed 29th July at 6:30pm. We already have a list of people ready to go, so I’d say this event will fill up quickly. Again make sure you book in advance to get a spot.

Lastly, nutrition appointments are also booking into August. Still plenty of spots atm before I go away though, so reach out if this is something you have been thinking about. I will post some info about Genomic wellness tests this week as they have been popular. I’m doing a couple of microbiome test reviews also. & have had lots of acute appointments & drop refills. Restocked up on some of my product favs from 🤩

I love this company because they are meticulous about their ingredients & where they are sourced from. There is absolutely no nasties, & their ingredients are as close to nature as you can get.

From left to right:

* Pure Glow Organic Face oil - my second time buying this. It’s so rich in vit a, e & omegas, it feels incredible on my skin, deeply hydrating which I really need atm, i use morning & night, & is great for under make-up (no primer needed).

* Nature’s Vitamin C - made from camu camu fruit. No lab grown, genetically modified, synthetic vit C here. Just food. I’ve noticed I have some symptoms of being low in vit c lately, so I’m keen to get started on this!

* Nature’s Mineral Boost - I used to use this product all the time & felt amazing on it. So rich in minerals that we aren’t getting from our soil & hence our foods anymore. I add to kids smoothies or they shot it with a bit of juice!Have missed this one so much, I’m tempted to just swig it from the bottle 🤣

* Seaweed salt - I use this one primarily for the iodine content, something else I often find myself low in (& really need for my thyroid health). But it’s also rich in other minerals & again made from nature. We have the salt shaker & use it on everything!

* Lastly the Supreme Green Blend - my absolute fav in a smoothie, a great way to get extra greens in. But I also really love the broccoli sprout extract, so good for detoxification, hormones, it’s anti inflammatory, i find I’m more regular 💩 & don’t crave sugar as much when I use it!
