Choosing a provider is an important step, but it’s also worth considering whether the service continues to meet your needs.

Your circumstances and priorities can change over time. It’s okay to review what’s working, have conversations with your providers and consider whether different options may be more suitable.

Your supports should continue to make sense for your current needs and goals.
