Most people don’t expect to find me here.

I walk through a cemetery most mornings. Not because I believe it’s where spirit stays, but because it’s one of the quietest places to begin my day.

Over the years, I’ve realised many people assume cemeteries are where our loved ones remain. My experience has taught me something different.

For me, a cemetery is a place where we honour the people who have lived. Their bodies rest there. Their spirit does not.

I’m curious… had you ever thought about it this way?

I’m honoured to volunteer with Look Good Feel Better and support people navigating cancer treatment through Reiki and relaxation.

Having walked my own cancer journey, I understand how important it is to find moments of calm, connection and peace during what can be an overwhelming time.
