What can we learn from hibernating bears as those of us in NSW begin our "walking hibernation" after 15 weeks of lockdown. This is a transition time, take it slowly and take time to adjust. Lockdown was restrictive but it was also a time where we had to make fewer choices, fewer decisions - in some ways a simpler time. So if, after the initial excitement you feel the pressure of the old responsibilities and obligations, take a moment, go slow, don't let others rush you. Maybe find new ways to socialise, exercise, interact - we don't have to rush back to pre-lockdown "normal" if we don't want to. Be kind to yourself and those around you.
