May the Month of the Horse. Year of the Horse.

We’re all in different phases of life — different challenges, different virtues unfolding.

People often say “I’m a Monkey” or “I’m a Tiger” — their year animal. And yes, that’s part of your chart. But your full birth print is far richer than that.

Your chart is built across 4 pillars — Hour, Day, Month and Year. Each pillar holds a Heavenly Stem (with a yin or yang element — think yin water, yang fire) and an Earthly Branch (an animal with its own element, and even hidden elements within). Together, that’s 8 elements all in relationship with each other.

What makes it really interesting? The Heavenly Stem of your birth day is your Day Master — and every other element in the chart orients toward it. Those relationships reveal your constitution, personality, relational patterns, strengths… and the areas life is inviting you to balance and learn from.

As a Chinese Medicine practitioner, I work with birth chart readings to understand your natural constitution and potential areas of imbalance and how this can best support your health.

I love sitting with my clients as they hear their chart for the first time. Something often lands very deeply, patterns always felt but never had words for.

There’s so much more beyond this, but it’s a great place to start exploring 🐉🙌☺️

Hi everyone,

My Thursday mobile clinic day is full, which is lovely.

For anyone in the community who finds commuting a bit difficult, I'd like to open up another mobile day to make support more accessible.

My base is in Murwillumbah, and the mobile service extends across the Tweed region and Northern Rivers.

A mobile day typically accommodates 4–6 people, so spaces are limited.

Chinese Medicine may assist with a wide range of concerns — some of the most common areas people come in for support include:

— Pain and mobility
— Digestive concerns
— Men's and women's health
— Sleep
— Emotional and mental wellness
— Fatigue

If you've been thinking about Chinese Medicine and would like to explore how a treatment plan may assist you, feel free to send an email to [email protected] to get the conversation started.

As always, clinic bookings are available as per the website availability.

Tapping to optimise qi and blood flow.

Tapping is one of the oldest self-healing practices in qigong, with roots stretching back thousands of years.

In this practice we begin by moving up the Ren channel — working against the classical orbital direction to drain and disperse stagnation.

From there we trace the full circuit of the body’s energy channels, clearing as we go.

At the end of the practise pause…notice the qi buzz.

You may feel lighter, clearer and more energised.
