Do you find time in your day to truly connect with you?

For too long I’ve been rushing on empty, looking after everyone else. Ironic when I used to be deep into teaching pilates, yin yoga and massage. The brain took over, the rush/achieving took over, the sense of I need to always do x,y or z. Self improvement is not self love.
Healing happens when we learn to access true peace. To love and accept ourselves exactly as we are. No comparing, simply stepping out of the constraints of our subconscious. We just need to become aware of what our subconscious is doing. That comes with those moments, the moments when we can catch what is truly happening. Little moments add up. 💫
