When I create sacred spaces, I keep them intentionally small.

So that each person is seen.
So that the space remains safe.

So that it feels nourishing and more intimate.
So that it never feels commercial.

I keep my spaces small to truly honour the work, the ancient practices that I work with, and to give space to each person to have their own experience, as needed.

Sunrise Detox by the Sea is a guided immersion for those feeling the call to reset and reconnect — without leaving their life for days at a time.

You are not broken.

The system you are trying to fit into is.

The truth is, we are multidimensional beings and so many of us have been disconnected from our true selves. Trying to keep up in a world where we don’t quite feel like we belong.

Many of us are sensitive beings, but we’ve shut that off because the world didn’t feel safe.

Healing only happens when we feel safe again, when our nervous system lets us know that it’s okay.

This is what I’m here for.
I will not offer to fix you.
I will simply guide you back to a space where you remember.

After many years working in retreat and wellness centers across Sydney, Cambodia, Thailand and India, I’ve recently returned home to Australia.

This time away has been a deep journey of listening, learning and remembering. Holding space for the transformation of people from all over the world, each with own unique story and energetic imprint.

I feel grateful to now share this work back here, in Australia, in connection with local nature and community.

Yes, it's true I made it back to Australia, been flying around in this new Metta~verse they've been talking about.....not sure which is up or down or are they the same...hmmmm😘staying now with family.
