A lil peek into the magic that was our first retreat!

Permission to Pause you truely were a beautiful initiation ✨️

So many generous humans contributed their precious time, energy and resources to make this dream come to life and we could not be more grateful!

From flower deliveries, to decor, set up, pack down, gift bag contributions, capturing content, catering, music and even lending us vehicles last minute when we had car troubles.. the list is HUGE!

To everyone that said YES and joined us on this adventure. You all hold such a special place in our heart and it was an honour to connect each and every one of you 💖

And of course The BodyWork Practice Mandie my partner in creation 🪄 We couldn't help doing lil happy dances and excited squeals at the beauty unfolding in each moment. It's been incredible and we're so excited to do it all again next year ✨️

Stay tuned.. this is just the beginning ###

Sunset in the loft is SO dreamy ✨️

Grateful everyday to have such a warm and cosy space to welcome you in. A space for you to drop deeper into presence, to soften your guards, to pause on the to do list and allow yourself the gift of receiving.

It's from this mode of being that magic happens..

This pic was snapped after a full day of clients and somehow I am absolutely lit up and buzzing. I guess this is what they talk about when passion and purpose aligns. 🪷

This play shop blends gentle ta***ic practices and guided ritual to connect in devotion with your special person.

We will explore:
- The art of devotional touch
- A practice to drop into our sensual bodies
- Creative ways to activate eros

What's included
- An aphrodisiac concoction to get you feeling juicy
- A platter of sensory delights for our ritual
- A gift to take home

This is an inclusive space for ALL genders and relationship structures. So bring your friend, bring your polycule, bring them all! Just make sure you bring someone who you're comfortable with exploring with.

So I thought i would finally update my offerings to represent more of what I'm doing now. This is a work in progress so you might notice more and more things pop up here as i evolve and move with the seasons.

It's a little ironic that creating more structure in my day to day leads to more freedom and flow! Funny that ✨️

To honor entering the winter months we slowed all the way down.. releasing the pressure of doing, created space for deep listening and nourished our bodies with medicinal foods.

This Saturday we are doing it again but this time feeling into the rising energy of Spring. Creating balance and a sense of grounding as we harness the aliveness of this season towards creation and expansion. If you're like me and you struggle with allergies. We will be exploring ways to support your immunity as we enter hayfever season! Trust me your body will thank you 😅
