From a nice , but not fit for purpose bathroom … and 12 months later with the help of NDIS National Disability Insurance Scheme and Vital Ease we are now at demo. Let the fun begin as we totally convert this space into a step less entry shower with ample room for a wheelie frame and a dedicated change zone with a seat.

From 0 km runs now up to 7km… it’s a journey of learning about the body, planning, and remembering running is her reboot for the day and a much needed time for herself to digest thoughts and seek peace from her busy world . Our goal is 10km at Run Melbourne coming up real soon with the help of Revvies Energy Strips
