South West Allied Therapies - SWAT Where Evidence-Based Practice meets functional outcomes for children, teens and adults. We are a team 🩵 SWAT Principles

1.

You deserve a high-quality health service that you can access regardless of where you live and your financial situation.

2. An effective therapy team empowers you to achieve functional independence. We work with you to build your support and social networks.

3. We have the responsibility to provide you with a therapy service based on best practice. We have a responsibility to respect you as the

expert of your life, to work with you, and apply our knowledge and skills to best support the areas you identify as a priority. Therapy Services

We are an Allied Health Service based in Eaton, near Bunbury WA. We are a team of Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Occupational therapists, Dietitians, Educators, Psychologists, Allied Health Assistants, and Operation Leaders. We support our clients to apply Evidence-Based Practices in their everyday lives to achieve functional outcomes that enrich their quality of life. We believe everyone has the right to achieve their goals. The SWAT team operates as a trans-disciplinary service. This means that you have access to Bunbury-based Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Educator, Psychology, and Dietetic services that are tailored to your needs. Therapy is coordinated by your lead therapist (key worker). We work together as a team to achieve the best outcomes for you and save you time, effort, and money in the process. Mobile Service

Therapy carried out at home, school or in other natural environments, is the most effective service. It also saves you traveling and is less confronting for our clients. SWAT is a mobile service that comes to you. We are based in Eaton and travel across the upper South West and to a variety of locations in the lower South West. Please contact us to talk to us about your needs :) .

Meet Becca 🐾

Becca is the heart behind some very special homemade dog and cat treats, made with love and a whole lot of purpose 💛

But what makes her work even more meaningful is the way she’s giving back.
Becca has been creating thoughtful pet care packages for people experiencing homelessness, making sure their pets are cared for too. Each pack is lovingly put together and may include rugs, collars, treats, toys, blankets, and even repurposed second-hand jackets ♻️🐶🐱

Becca also fosters cats, giving them love, care, and a safe place to heal until they find their forever homes 🐾💛

Her goal is simple… to make a difference, one pet (and person) at a time.

You can support Becca by purchasing her homemade treats at the Red Dove Experience Café at the Saint Augustine Church in Bunbury, every purchase helps continue her incredible impact 🫶
