Hi my name is Kim Sinclair Founder & Director of Embracing All Abilities Care, My company is a disability support service recognised for its compassionate, participant-focused approach and strong commitment to dignity, respect, and individual empowerment. Based in regional Victoria, I have built a reputation for advocating fiercely for participants while maintaining professional standards across support delivery, staff culture, and NDIS compliance.

Known for my strong leadership style and hands-on involvement, I combine empathy with direct communication, ensuring participants, families, support coordinators, and care teams feel supported, heard, and respected. My passion lies in creating safe, inclusive environments where participants can build confidence, independence, and meaningful life experiences.

Outside of disability support, I have a strong creative and entrepreneurial mindset, blending professionalism with modern branding, team culture, and community connection. My personality reflects resilience, confidence, loyalty, and a deep commitment to protecting vulnerable people while empowering her staff to deliver high-quality care.

What an absolutely fantastic fundraiser to be a part of at Kennaugh’s Garden Centre, had a great morning tea fundraising money to “Do it for Dolly” with our crew, got a call from Phil to say he won the raffle, he chose to do a redraw. Great morning had by all. #💙 .garden.centre

Our company have the pleasure of supporting Phil Kennaugh's Garden Centre in the cafe Tuesday,Wednesday & Thursdays throughout the week, we will all wearing blue to support such a great fundraiser. Hope to see you all th we there.

🛻 Our "Wednesday Drive Around" concluded with a short pit stop at Kennaugh's Garden Centre Echuca for a lovely hot drink ☕ and selection of slices 🍫 from their coffee shop this morning 🙌🏻

Following on from Phil Kennaugh's helicopter accident 🚁going through an extensive rehabilitation process, and receiving a huge amount of support from local family and friends 😍 the idea to create a space that was for the community to be able to come together and enjoy 🤝

A non for profit initiative, their latest donation projects have included the 🩷 Jane McGrath Foundation 🩷 and this week on Friday the 8th May proceeds from the cafe will go to the 💙 Do It For Dolly Day 💙 where they will go Blue to End Bullying 💪🏻

Thank you very much to the entire crew for hosting our team today 👍🏻 It's so great to have you as part of our community here in Echuca/Moama 🏡
