ne Experiential Learning, Srishti is also holistic counsellor, Reiki Master and Reconnective healing practitioner. She draws upon a host of experience gained over the years to effortlessly and creatively blend healing modalities to offer a unique experience to all clients. Srishti supports client’s to honour their life experiences and build a strong mind body connection to overcome adverse experiences including but not limited to anxiety and depression, stress and overwhelm, lack of confidence and self-worth, negative beliefs and behaviours, trauma. She also provides a safe container for people on a journey of self-discovery to explore and connect with themselves more deeply via her retreats or to experience ‘horse therapy’ if they are drawn to the majesty of horses. Both horses are highly attuned to the work and support a deep healing process for clients who are open to the experience.
