Lately I’ve been noticing how many women feel like they’re running on empty — tired, wired, and constantly “on.”
We hold so much… the mental load, the emotions, the care for everyone else — and somewhere along the way, our own energy gets lost in the noise.

That’s exactly why I love offering Reiki.
It’s a space to breathe again.
To slow down, release what your body’s been holding, and come back home to calm.
