Do you see people who are facing mild mental health challenges?
The new Medicare Mental Health Check In service offers free online support to help people build practical skills and feel more confident day-to-day.
✅ The digital service delivers evidence-based, Low-Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (LiCBT) through online tools to guide people through life's challenges.
✅ People work through the tools independently and, if they need support, with guidance from a qualified mental health practitioner via telehealth.
Support is now available:
• Managing worries
• Reframing unhelpful thoughts
• Improving mood
• Facing fears
• Sleeping better
• Solving problems more effectively
The service is:
✅ Free for everyone living in Australia aged 16 and older
✅ No diagnosis or referral needed
