the sounds of rain met the tin of roof as my blinked open my eyes this morning,

I felt my womb, tender, her bleed has begun,

I cancelled the strength training class I had booked & rescheduled for a tea ceremony & yin yoga instead.

result; bliss, openness, dropped in. this.

meandering slowly after to post these tinctures to our beautiful customers,

finding friends on the streets in between and having gentle synchronises exchanges.

& upon returning home I bottled up some more little love potions, 🌹

I warmed up my pre-prepared slow cooked chicken soup,

harvested flowers from the garden,

and arranged them in a vase, so we can see beauty in every moment we are in the kitchen.

i brewed a rosemary tea,

& put on my magenta velvet robe, curled up on the ouch and began tending to the other little bits my heart calls for, reading, writing, dreaming,

this is an example of how life can be when you invite rose in, 🌹

soft, slow, sensual, like honey,

sweetness, inner listening & restoring.

how we tend to our wombs as women during our bleed, sets us up for our entire cycle. 🩸

we must nourish our innate feminine medicine, tend to our inner gardens, before we can truly give to that which lies outside of us.

we don’t need more push, fast, do in this world,

we need more receptivity, slowness & beingness.

{I wrote this a few weeks ago now, and feel to share anyway. A lot has moved and changed, and the relevance is present}.

~

What if I stay?

What if I could see the desire to flit off to Bali.. is not one of alignment but of escapism?

As blood pours in between my legs, I sit by candlelight for the second last Saturday I have left in my light filled glass home in Tyagrah.

What if it wasn’t a divine calling from spirit, but a meak attempt from my human shadow to dart away from what feels hard… responsibility.

I did it… 3 months paying a big lot of money each week in rent. It’s funny - there is so much in life I feel good at, in flow with, growing through - and the paying rent cycle (western world) has not been one I have enjoyed facing, and tend to avoid at all costs.

This time the pai’n rent saga sent me down rabbit holes of potential sugar babying or…

Hi loves,

It is with sadness and trust that I am postponing our retreat for now.

I can see that this creation wants to anchor, but it is not the time right now.

Some personal life circumstances have affected this decision, and it was through deeper listening to spirit and the integrity of following through on what is truly being asked; more time, more facilitators, a different location and time of year.

I have emailed those of you who had expressed interest and refunded those of you who had booked in.

I so look forward to bringing this offering through in divine timing (probably early next year some time). 🌀
