1. Find your motivation

What is it that is driving you to lose weight? Is it a health scare? A wedding? A big vacation? Finding your motivation will help you stay on track when times get tough.

2. Set realistic goals

Don't set yourself up for failure by setting unrealistic goals. If you set your sights too high, you'll only be disappointed when you don't meet them. Set achievable goals that you can realistically reach.

3. Make a plan

Trying to lose weight without a plan is like trying to build a house without a blueprint. You need a roadmap to guide you to your destination. Draw up a plan of what you need to do to reach your goals.

4. Find a support system

Losing weight is a lot easier when you have someone to lean on for support. Find friends or family who will encourage and motivate you.

5. Take it one day at a time.

Losing weight is a journey, not a race. Take it one day at a time and focus on making healthy choices. Before you know it, you'll reach your goals.

🌈 CHIA PUDDING 🌈

1/2 cup of berries
3 tablespoon of chia seeds
1tsp maple syrup
1 cup of milk

Blend berries, milk and maple syrup together. Stir in chia seeds. Allow to set in a fridge for 2 hours. 🍓

Serve with yoghurt and granola 🌟
