Snap frozen pieces make winter cooking so easy. I remember years ago when studying nutrition I came across reading about broccoli growers who didn't eat their own broccoli because of how much pesticides they put on them. I've struggled to eat non organic broccoli 🥦 since and it is a struggle getting fresh organic veggies so we are pleased to have this back in stock

We are so excited to announce one of our latest products to Ellenbrooks Health Food Shop is Wild Caught Alaskan Salmon.
Yes it is a different colour. It's vibrant pink to red colour comes entirely from the natural diet in the ocean. Farmed salmon live in pens and eat pellets, they would naturally then be pale Gray, so they add either synthetic or natural astaxanthin to their feed to look more like wild salmon.
Wild Caught salmon has a much better omega-3 to omega-6 ratio which makes it an exceptional way to lower inflammation, support brain function and promote good circulation.
