🌿 Milk Thistle or Dandelion — which one would you choose?
Both have a long history of traditional use, but they’re not quite the same.
Milk Thistle is traditionally used with more of a liver focus, including supporting liver health and antioxidant protection.
Dandelion is a traditional bitter herb commonly used to support digestion and digestive function, while the root also has traditional use for liver and bile support.
The simple difference?
👉 Milk Thistle = more liver-focused
👉 Dandelion = more digestion-focused
Neither is automatically the right choice — it depends on what you’re looking to support.
