With uncertainty in the air and heaviness in worldly events...its important to remember that every single day the ◇sun◇ is beaming out light and warmth to the earth and every single living organism (that's YOU). The sun is literally beaming out rainbow lights and colours. A powerful force.

If life's all too much and you're finding yourself ruminating in fear and worry for the future... remember... where there is darkness ~》there is always light.. put your face in the sun for a minute & sit on the grass and breathe ◇

When you are held and witnessed in your authenticity and met with love, the masks of protection start to fade away. You can build resilience in becoming more authentic in your experience instead of hiding how you feel. Sometimes, the people who are closest to us, don't know how to hold us through our deepest emotions and that hurts and creates walls.

1x1 work helps you to break down those walls, and realise that we are actually okay to have emotions even if some people can't hold them

This isn't a workshop- it's an educational and experiential session intending to educate, bring awareness and understanding to what I believe is some of the most important knowledge we can have being a human.. the nervous system!

◇why you feel anxious
