Running weekly classes has been so beneficial in many ways. I've grown so much as a facilitator and met so many beautiful humans along the way. It's been so nice to watch people connect to themselves on a deeper level and benefit from the practice. I've learned a lot along the way- how to facilitate many different walks of life, learnt about business, building community, holding rejection and people not enjoying the class and also learning to trust in the power and healing people have experienced during these sessions.

I am so grateful for everyone who's come along over the years ♡ thankyou for trusting me and sharing your hearts with me and so grateful for the beautiful studios I worked at during these years.

With Love,
El

I have been in survival mode a lot of my life and pulled myself out of it. I have been alongside people in very close proximity, supporting them, while they work through their own traumas & mental health challenges and then had to work through the aftermath in my own body, time & time again. I have moved from feeling numb and terrified of expressing my emotions authentically and vulnerably. I was scared to open Pandora's box. But I went for it anyway, because I felt on a deeper level there was going to be something better on the other side of the pain. . And there is. There always is.

We heal through connection, being witnessed and understood. We heal through slowness, presence, reassurance and going at a pace that suits each person.

I truly believe, that we can help people as deep as we can go ourselves and through what we have experienced. I can't help EVERYONE.. there are some things that I can't help with. But I understand how to keep people safe and held when they are ready to heal and change.

I have worked with therapists that know the content and have worked with therapists who know the content and have WALKED THE PATH. There's a difference. The guidance I offer will create great change in your life if you're willing to do the work.
