Enquiring is easy…. Starting and continuing is hard.

Working with people has shown me a distinct difference between people that truly can get better and others that are not ready to embark on the whole body and mind journey.
There is no judgement or criticism, just observation and the understanding that we are all at a different stages when it comes to improving or physical and emotional health.

One of the biggest barriers I see to improving your gut health, skin health, hormonal health nervous system ( and more) is understanding and beginning to support your emotional health and triggers.

Reason = it can be hard, vulnerable and not what people are used to.

The question I ask clients is Are you ready? And don’t believe that you can feel weak again.

Most people don’t realise how stressed or overwhelmed they are —
because stress becomes familiar.

When your nervous system has been in survival mode for a long time,
tension feels normal, fatigue feels expected,
and disconnection feels like “just life”.

But the body never forgets.

If you’re functioning but not flourishing,
coping but not content,
this may be your sign to pause and listen.

I'm currently completing qualifications in Hypnotherapy and CBT to bring a whole new level of healing to my practice.
Why? Because after years of practice, I kept seeing the same pattern:
The clients who healed deepest weren't just taking herbs and supplements.
They were processing grief. Releasing fear. Finding peace with their past.

What's changing in 2026:
