As we continue with our soft studio re-opening,, I’m introducing a 4-week Rest & Sound course—designed especially for women navigating peri-menopause and beyond.
It’s a space to slow down, reset, and support your body in a way that actually works with your hormones.

Perimenopause can begin as early as your mid-to-late 30s (commonly in your 40s) and can last anywhere from a few years up to 10+ years before menopause is reached.
During this time, many women experience:
• Brain fog
• Poor sleep
• Anxiety or feeling “wired but tired”
• Hormonal fluctuations and overwhelm
What your body often needs most in this phase isn’t more intensity—it’s support for your nervous system.
This course is designed to help you:
• Reset your nervous system
• Lower cortisol levels
• Improve sleep quality
• Reduce anxiety and overwhelm
• Support mental clarity and focus
What to expect
Each session combines restorative yoga and sound healing
You’ll be guided into gentle, supported poses held for longer periods using props—allowing your body to fully relax and release tension.
Across the 4 weeks, we’ll work with the same core poses, so your body becomes familiar with them.
This helps you:
• Drop into relaxation more quickly each session
• Train your body to shift into “rest and restore” mode
• Notice real changes in how you feel week to week

Sound Healing
Sound works directly on the nervous system and brainwave states, helping to:
• Calm an overactive mind (especially helpful for brain fog)
• Support deeper relaxation and stress reduction
• Improve sleep patterns
• Balance mood and emotional fluctuations
• Create a sense of grounding and clarity
