We are seeking someone who is passionate about delivering high quality customer care, motivated and hardworking to join our team as a Pharmacy Assistant at Emerald Superclinic Pharmacy. This position is Monday to Friday with school hours or full time hours.

Our purpose is to improve health, inspire well-being and connect our community. As our customers are always our number one priority, they are at the heart of everything we do. We demonstrate this by offering exceptional customer service, advice and products.

Experience working in Pharmacy will be highly regarded however is not essential as we are committed to the ongoing training and development of all staff.

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Well presented, friendly and outgoing
- Ability to work autonomously and well as part of a team
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Proficient literacy, numeracy and computer skills
- Hardworking, honest and reliable
- Australian drivers license

Responsibilities and roles include but are not limited to:
- Assisting with customer enquiries and processing sales using POS software
- Taking in and handing out prescriptions
- Front of shop stock replenishment and management
- Delivery driver for pharmacy to pharmacy, pharmacy to customer needs as well as general errands in work car
- Maintain high level of presentation of the store and service areas
- Data management consisting of invoicing, reporting and stocktake
- Dose administration aids (DAA) packing and management in conjunction with
pharmacist
- Customer accounts management
- General duties and housekeeping

Mandatory conditions:
- Availability Monday to Friday
- Working rights within Australia
- Valid Australian Drivers License
