🎉 Italian Day at Oxa Care! 🎉
What a fantastic day celebrating Italian culture at Oxa Care! Our entertainment room was beautifully decorated with Italian flags and posters, creating a vibrant and festive atmosphere for everyone to enjoy.
Residents were treated to a delicious Italian lunch, which was thoroughly enjoyed by all. In the afternoon, Sam the entertainer had everyone singing, dancing, and celebrating together, filling the room with laughter, joy, and wonderful memories.
At Oxa Care, we are committed to providing meaningful lifestyle experiences that promote social connection, cultural appreciation, and resident wellbeing. Days like these bring our community together and highlight the warm, engaging environment we proudly offer our residents.

What a wonderful Men’s Group session at Bunnings this month! 🎨🔨

Our residents had a fantastic time creating beautiful mosaic pieces while enjoying hands on activities using different tools. The session encouraged everyone to get involved, learn new skills, and most importantly, spend quality time socialising and connecting with others.

There were plenty of smiles, laughter, and teamwork throughout the activity, making it a very enjoyable experience for all involved.

A huge thank you to the Bunnings activity organisers for giving us this wonderful opportunity each month. We truly appreciate your ongoing support and welcoming environment for our residents.

We look forward to visiting again next month! 💙

🌸 Mother’s Day Celebration at Oxa Care 🌸
Residents, families, and staff came together to celebrate Mother’s Day with a very special afternoon filled with love, laughter, and beautiful memories.
At Oxa Care, we believe in creating a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel valued, connected, and truly at home. Special moments like these are what make our community so meaningful. 💖
Our Director of Nursing, Maricar, along with one of our dedicated directors, shared a heartfelt speech that touched everyone deeply. Residents are still talking about how inspiring and motivational the words were.
We were also entertained by Joe, whose wonderful music had everyone up on the dance floor enjoying the celebration. 🎶💃
The room looked beautiful with thoughtful decorations, and our kitchen team, led by Chef Simon, prepared a delicious selection of special finger foods that everyone thoroughly enjoyed. 🍰🥪
To make the day even more meaningful, a small gift was presented to all mothers and mother figures as a token of appreciation for the love, strength, and care they bring to our lives. 🌷

Our residents had a wonderful day out at Altona Beach! 🌊

We enjoyed a relaxing walk along the pier, explored the farmers market, and shared a lovely morning tea by the beach. Later, we headed to the Altona Sports Club for lunch, followed by a sweet treat with ice cream from McDonald’s 🍦

It was a joy to see residents spending quality time together and sharing special moments with their families. A truly memorable day for everyone! 💙

Happy Easter to our wonderful residents, and the Oxa Community! 🐣🌸

What a fantastic day we’ve had here at Oxa Care Aged Care in Epping! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the lively entertainment from Tony, with residents, families, and staff all joining in, dancing, singing, and sharing plenty of smiles.

We also hosted a beautiful afternoon tea, filled with all the delicious Easter treats you could ask for. 🍰🐰

Throughout the week, our residents have been busy getting creative with Easter crafts, decorating the home and their rooms with colourful and festive touches. It’s been a joy to see their creativity and spirit shine.

What a fantastic day we had at Altona Beach! ☀️🌊
The sun was shining, the weather was perfect, and we were surrounded by great food and even better company. Our residents enjoyed a lovely walk along the pier, followed by a visit to the farmers market.
We shared a relaxing morning tea by the beach, then headed to the Altona Sports Club for a delicious lunch. To top off the day, everyone treated themselves to a sweet ice cream from McDonald’s 🍦
It was truly heartwarming to see our residents so happy, walking along memory lane, sharing stories, and creating special moments with their loved ones. 💙

Harmony Day is a celebration of Australia’s cultural diversity and a reminder that everyone belongs. At Oxa Care, our amazing team came together to mark the occasion! Everyone dressed in vibrant orange and brought delicious cultural dishes to share for lunch. 🍊🥘
The staff room was beautifully decorated with orange accents and country flags, creating a warm and inclusive atmosphere. 💛🤝
We were proud to recognize all our departments with certificates for their contribution in promoting cultural diversity, inclusivity, and respect in the workplace. 🌟

🍀 Happy St Patrick’s Day from Oxa Care! 🍀

Today was filled with fun, laughter and a wonderful celebration. We had some great entertainment and everyone enjoyed listening to traditional Irish music.

Our kitchen team prepared a delicious Irish stew with potatoes for lunch, which everyone really enjoyed. The room was beautifully decorated with flags and St Patrick’s Day decorations, creating a festive atmosphere for all.

In the afternoon, residents relaxed together while watching a documentary about Ireland. It was a lovely way to learn more about Irish culture and traditions while celebrating the day.

A big thank you to everyone who helped make the day so special! 💚

🎉 Celebrating 3 Years of Oxa Care Today! 🎂
Today we proudly celebrated 3 wonderful years of Oxa Care with our amazing staff and residents. It was a special day filled with smiles, gratitude, and celebration. ❤️
To mark the occasion, we gathered together and cut a celebration cake. A very special moment was having Violet, the very first resident to join Oxa Care, help cut the cake alongside one of our family members. It was a beautiful reminder of how our Oxa Care family has grown over the years.
Our Director of Nursing, Maricar, thanked all staff for their dedication, compassion, and commitment to providing high quality care every day. We were also pleased to have our Director present to celebrate this important milestone with us.
As a family owned and operated service, family has always been at the heart of Oxa Care. We believe in creating a warm, welcoming environment where residents are treated with dignity, respect, and feel truly at home. Our residents, their families, and our staff are all part of the Oxa Care family.
Thank you to everyone who has supported us over the past three years. We look forward to continuing to provide compassionate, high quality care to our community for many more years to come. 🌟
