Did you brave the cold weather to visit the Be Well, Be Connected Expo at the Show Grounds?
We were there and enjoyed chatting with everyone that visited our stall, whether it be to ask more about us, just have a general chat, or to have a rest on our chairs. There were so many interesting people and organisations in attendance, and hopefully we have made some new connections for our future programs to help us get more involved in our local community and help our participants achieve their goals.
